Resident Brewing is moving into GENESIS Kitchen + Drinks for a tap takeover Thursday, March 8 from 4-7:30pm!

Located in downtown San Diego, Resident makes well-crafted & approachable beer. GENESIS Kitchen + Drinks opened in January 2018 in a La Jolla corporate park surrounded by life sciences professionals who are enthusiastic about beer — many are home brewers themselves.

Here’s what we’re pouring for March 8:

🍺  Perky Blonde – American Blonde Ale, light bodied, 5.2% ABV

🍺  Urbanite – West Coast IPA, notes of melon, tropical fruit and citrus, 6.8% ABV

🍺  Vacation Coconut IPA – IPA, medium/light bodied, coconut, pineapple and tropical fruit, 7% ABV

🍺  Human Submarine – American Wheat, medium bodied, orange & lemon peel notes, 5.4% ABV

🍺  Industrial Gris – Grisette, dry-crisp, medium body, Belgian/French farmhouse style, 4.5% ABV

🍺  Ominous Storm – Imperial Stout, full bodied, jet black, chocolaty, with notes of coffee, 10.3% ABV

Guests can enjoy a complimentary 4oz pour of a selected Resident beer with a special food pairing by Chef Kris Wisdom; 16-ounce pints of beer (10 ounces for the stout) will be available at the special price of $6 during the event. GENESIS Kitchen + Drinks’ bar bites menu, including the “tot-chos” (tater-tot “nachos” with braised beef), will also be available for purchase.
